Touslee brings a wealth
of experience in career counseling and assessment to serve the needs of
people in their professional development. Mr. Touslee’s mission is to
help people succeed in their jobs as well as help employers enjoy the
benefits of having the best employees. Over the past twelve years, over
three thousand people have sought Mr. Touslee’s assistance in both
planning their career goals and in taking the necessary action to reach
their goals. He has consulted with human resource directors of major
corporations and has conducted seminars in employee selection,
succession planning and outplacement. Having served as a career
counselor and instructor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City for
several years, Mr. Touslee has acquired an expertise in measuring
persons’ abilities, aptitudes, motivated interests and personal traits
that contribute to their career success . Mr. Touslee has taught classes
in career and life-planning for over eight years at Webster University
in Kansas City. He is often described as a people engineer for his
efforts in bringing employees together in a collaborative effort toward
company objectives. Jerry Touslee welcomes invitations to speak before
organizations to share his advocacy for the power of people in
employment. Mr. Touslee is a professional licensed counselor, licensed
clinical social worker and nationally certified gerontologist with
graduate degrees from the Universities of Kansas and Missouri.
